My personal favorite: For individuals who want to feel a sense of renewal and resilience while improving mobility, decreasing muscle tension, and decreasing joint pain.
A healing tapestry weaving B.E.S.T., Restorative Yoga, and Therapeutic Massage. Sessions begin with a B.E.S.T. Balancing Treatment, followed by a customized yoga practice, and finish with a therapeutic massage.

Yoga Therapy
For individuals seeking relief from physical pain conditions, emotional stressors, past trauma, or simply wish to enhance overall well-being through a customized plan of care.
Using the ancient wisdom of the Panchamaya Kosha Model, address and nourish all 5 sheaths, or layers of human nature, contributing to overall health and wellness. This customized plan of care supports you in your physical, mental and/or spiritual health.

Bioenergetics (B.E.S.T.)
For individuals who want to release interference within the body’s energy systems to restore natural balance and neuro-emotional alignment.
B.E.S.T. Energy Balancing uses gentle, hands-on assessment and muscle testing techniques to identify energy imbalances, often manifested as physical ailments due to stress, limiting beliefs, and unresolved trauma. B.E.S.T. sessions release interferences and synchronize the body’s energetic rhythm and pathways to re-establish the body’s full healing potential.

Therapeutic Massage
For individuals who want to enhance overall well-being by promoting relaxation, improving circulation, reducing pain, and aiding in the healing of injuries.
Therapeutic Massage involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Techniques may include palpation, compression, petrissage, effleurage, kneading, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.

Craniosacral
For individuals who want relief from chronic pain conditions and muscle tension while enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and improving overall nervous system function.
Through light contact and intuitive body-mapping, the Craniosacral system, including the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid, are addressed to improve your own natural healing mechanisms while supporting immune function.

Restorative Yoga
For individuals or groups that want to still the mind, connect to the present, and cultivate inner stillness while experiencing deep relaxation.
Fully supportive practice with the use of props, cushions, and blankets to meet you right where you are. Sessions can include a variety of tools and resources, such as Breathwork, Mindful Movement, Yoga Nidra, Mudras, Mantras, and more.

Yoga Therapy is a low-cost adjunctive intervention which utilizes all of the tools of yoga in a specialized way to address the individual. Yoga Therapy addresses all of the layers of being, a true biopsychosocial spiritual model for the whole person. Not only does yoga therapy reduce symptoms of suffering associated with chronic conditions of pain, stress, and anxiety but also promotes self-regulation and resilience for moving through one’s life with greater ease.

Hi, I’m Christy
Past traumas kept me in a pattern of reliving painful events, which perpetuated my anxiety and kept me from fully engaging, enjoying, and expressing. For years, I unknowingly allowed limiting belief patterns and recurring thought patterns to hinder my ability to heal, both emotionally and physically.
And then I found the elixir.
With nearly 20 years and more than 3,000 hours of combined formal education, hands-on learning, classroom training, clinical training, self-study, and personal practice, I guide individuals on their own healing journey toward eudaimonic well-being through ancient wisdom, healing arts, and modern science.
